Quiet Hour tracks how you're really doing, walks you through breathing, grounding, and journaling when it's hard, and shows you the pattern behind it — the day, the trigger, the week that's quietly been harder than you thought.
Coming to Google Play and the web · not a substitute for professional care
It's the most common health experience on earth. Most of us were never taught what to do with it — beyond "relax" or "breathe," which helps for a minute and explains nothing.
Quiet Hour exists for the part after the breathing exercise: understanding what's actually driving it, so you're not just coping with the same week on repeat.

Quick tools for right now, and a quieter layer underneath that actually learns your shape.
Log your stress and mood in a few taps. See it as a line, not a blur.
Box breathing, grounding, a body scan, a wind-down for sleep — guided and timed.
A prompt when you don't know where to start. Nothing here is graded.
A companion that remembers what you've told her, conversation to conversation.
Every breathing app looks the same after a while. Quiet Hour goes a layer deeper — correlating your stress against what actually drives it: which days, which triggers, which weeks are quietly harder than you'd assumed.
You don't have to guess why Sundays feel heavier. Quiet Hour shows you.
Kara keeps a light memory of what matters across conversations, so you're never re-explaining yourself. She's not a therapist, and she'll say so — but she's there, she's specific, and she knows when to just point you to the right exercise instead of talking.
Not every hard moment needs the same tool. Pick what fits, or let Kara suggest one.
Three guided patterns — box breathing, coherent 5-5 breathing, and 4-7-8 — each with a live countdown and a note on when to use it.
2–5 minThe 5-4-3-2-1 method — naming what you can see, touch, hear, smell, and taste — to get back into the room when your thoughts have run ahead of you.
1–3 minA slow pass from head to feet, noticing and releasing tension one part at a time — no rushing, no goal beyond noticing.
5–8 minA bedtime sequence pairing breath, release, and a closing thought — built for lying down in the dark, not staring at a screen.
5–10 minBeyond the trigger chart: a running average, a day-streak that actually reflects consistency (not guilt), and a short AI-written weekly reflection that reads your last two weeks and tells you, plainly, what it's noticing.
Yes — the core app (tracking, breathing, grounding, journaling, and Kara) is free. A low-cost premium tier is planned for a few deeper features later, but nothing you already have access to gets taken away or paywalled retroactively.
No. Quiet Hour is a self-reflection tool, not a substitute for professional care. If you're going through something serious, please talk to a real person — a therapist, a doctor, or someone you trust. Kara will say the same thing if you ask her.
Both. Quiet Hour is launching on Google Play for Android, and as a full web app that works in any browser — sign in with the same account and your data follows you either way. If you're on iPhone, the web version is the way in for now.
Your entries, journal, and conversations with Kara are yours — not sold to advertisers or data brokers. Full details are in the privacy policy below, including exactly what's collected and how to export or delete it.
Quiet Hour is built independently, not by a large company or a funded startup — which is also why it's free right now and why feedback actually reaches the person who can act on it.
It's in active development, for both Google Play and the web. No firm date yet — check back here for updates.
